CAMPUS PASTOR – BRUNSWICK, GA
$36,000.00-$40,000.00 Gross Salary per year
To support and co-labor with the Lead Pastor in shepherding and equipping the members of Turning Point at our Brunswick location; to further the mission of seeing people experience a relationship with Jesus and the power of the Holy Spirit.
Our Brunswick location is a young, determined, outwardly focused multi-site church.
This position for Campus Pastor is at our Brunswick, Georgia location.
Our Brunswick campus recently moved into its new building and is growing and reaching people in one of the most beautiful places in Georgia.
We are looking for a purpose-driven person who is ready to live in Brunswick, Georgia, work hard, grow as a pastor and leader in this important role on our staff, and make a tremendous difference for Jesus.
This role will work with Lead Pastor Justin Mitchell and the Executive Pastor of the Jesup campus location. The position is ideal for someone with the gift of leadership, stewardship/capital campaign development experience, growing volunteer teams, high-quality communication skills, extremely organized, coachable, goal driven, and/or wants to continue to develop as a pastor/leader with the church.
Ability to play keyboard and lead worship is a plus.
Partner with the Lead Pastor to shepherd and care for the Brunswick campus location by owning, modeling, and implementing the vision and values of Turning Point.
Must be extremely hard-working, bring a lot of energy and enthusiasm, able to connect with people, passionate about church growth and reaching people, and have had leadership experience on a growing church staff.
Leading, organizing, and hosting community events.
Develop ministry leaders.
Manage and implement systems for first impressions, discipleship, and evangelism.
Ability to raise up volunteers and leaders at a rapid rate.
Lead in the recruitment, development, and care of campus serve teams.
Leading and multiplying small groups at campus location.
Ensure main campus plans are implemented at the campus level and provide real time feedback to campus and Pastoral staff.
Organizational and administrative skills are a must.
Conduct pastoral and ministry functions including, but not limited to, weddings, funerals, baptisms, visitations, and pastoral counseling.
Execute other tasks as assigned by Pastoral leadership.

Previous experience on a church staff is required

Ability to commit to full-time employment that primarily works Sunday through Thursday, with varying hours.
