Freedom Church exists to know Jesus and to make him known by declaring & demonstrating the gospel to everyone, every day, everywhere.
Freedom Church’s mission is to teach and live Biblical truth and be a place of unwavering commitment to the Gospel of Jesus Christ from a Pentecostal perspective.
The Children’s Pastor(s) at Freedom Church is responsible for children’s spiritual growth, care, and health from newborns through fifth grade. This responsibility includes training, equipping, scheduling, and developing leaders and volunteers within the church to work in Nursery, pre-K, and Children’s Church Ministry.
The Children’s Pastor leads a Sunday morning worship service for children in grades 1st through 5th and oversees volunteers who teach the younger age groups. The Children’s Pastor may also take on additional tasks and assignments when necessary.
We are looking for the team to partner with us as we continue to reach the generations for Jesus. Our kids’ ministry currently serves 15-20 kids per Sunday and 10-15 mid-week.
This position starts as part-time, requiring the right team to be bi-vocational.
