Crossroads Church is a thriving and rapidly growing church of 500 + people from all walks of life. Our mission is simple yet profound: to help people come to their senses, trust Jesus, and follow Him for the rest of their lives.

We have a deep love for kids, students, and families. Our Lead Pastors, Richie and Cindy Nobles, are known for their magnetic connection with children—many would even say they’re “kids at heart.” They have dedicated their ministry to pouring into the next generation, and their passion is contagious.

Recently, we completed a 20,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art Student Center on our expansive property. This incredible space is designed for students of all ages. We are ready to make a lasting impact on the lives of the next generation, and we’re looking for a leader who shares that vision!

We’re seeking someone who:
• Loves kids and has a passion for discipling the next generation to know, love, and follow Jesus for a lifetime.
• Thrives on recruiting, training, and equipping volunteers who will pour into children and families.
• Is ready to expand the Children’s and Family Ministry in innovative, exciting, and meaningful ways.

The great news? You won’t be starting from scratch. Our church is full of wonderful volunteers that have a heart for kids. At last count we have 50+ volunteers in the kids department. During this transition, our incredible team of Kids Ministry volunteers has stepped up in remarkable ways to ensure that the ministry continues to thrive. Their dedication and love for kids and families have been nothing short of extraordinary, and they are ready to hit the ground running with their new leader.

Located in Baldwin County, the 5th fastest-growing county in the nation, Baldwin County is a close-knit and welcoming county full of incredible communities. We are situated between the city of Bay Minette and Spanish Fort/Daphne AL. Our church family reflects that same warmth—you’ll find people here who will invite you into their lives, remember your name, and maybe even share a jar of homemade jam.

If you’re passionate about leading the next generation and are ready to make an eternal impact, we’d love to hear from you!
