Crossroads Church of God is a vibrant and rapidly growing congregation of 500 + people from diverse backgrounds. We are passionate about God kids, students, and families, and our mission is clear: to help people come to their senses, trust Jesus, and follow Him for the rest of their lives.
Under the leadership of Lead Pastors Richie and Cindy Nobles, Crossroads has undergone a remarkable transformation over the past decade, moving from a traditional worship style to a dynamic, contemporary worship experience intertwining a broad range of styles while featuring a full band. The congregation responds wholeheartedly to worship, and we are excited to welcome someone who can help ignite that passion even further.
As we approach our 75th Anniversary in April, we are seeking a full time talented Worship Pastor with a strong vocal gift, a heart for leading people into meaningful worship, and a calling to recruit, equip, and develop a team of volunteer musicians and vocalists.
The great news is that our current volunteer vocalists and band members continue demonstrating their love for worship and commitment to serving each week. They have stepped in with a team approach in the absence of a leader and have kept the worship department strong. Now, we’re looking for a leader who can join them in carrying this passion forward.
Located in Baldwin County, the 5th fastest-growing county in the nation, Baldwin county as a whole is a close-knit, welcoming county. Our church is located between the city of Bay Minette and Spanish Fort/Daphne cities. Our church family reflects that warmth and hospitality—you’ll find people here who will invite you into their lives, remember your name, and maybe even gift you a jar of homemade jam.
If you’re ready to join a church with a big heart and a big vision, we’d love to hear from you!
