Dante Church of God, in Knoxville, Tennessee, is seeking a passionate and experienced full-time Worship Pastor to lead and develop our music ministry. The ideal candidate will have a heart for ministry, a strong musical background, and the ability to lead rehearsals and develop a worship team. This role will involve building and mentoring musicians, fostering dynamic worship experiences, and collaborating with ministry leaders to sustain and lead impactful worship services. A working knowledge of Planning Center and ProPresenter is a plus, along with strong communication skills. This individual will be Holy Ghost filled, possess spiritual maturity, leadership, musical skills, technical experience, and be highly organized and administrative.
