City Church is an established yet still growing fellowship located in Gadsden, AL. We are thankful for our rich history and are very excited about our future.
We are seeking to hire a full-time Executive Pastor who will assist the Senior Pastor in overseeing various aspects of ministry, staff, and service production.
Experience with vision casting, volunteer recruitment and training, staff management and training, dialogue with contractors/vendors, and service production will be helpful.
Salary and benefits will be discussed with potential candidates. Experience is preferred.
