Worship and Creative Arts Pastor, Wilson, NC

Farmington Heights Church of God is searching for a full-time Worship & Creative Arts Pastor to lead the worship and production departments of a vibrant, growing church in Eastern North Carolina. The ideal candidate will be a gifted vocalist & instrumentalist with prior experience in leading corporate worship and developing teams of people. In addition, the ideal candidate will also be a strong leader who has the ability to oversee a multi-faceted department. Applicants should be self-motivated and industrious individuals who have the ability to lead a band, choir, and praise team effectively while utilizing the strengths of the volunteer base. All applicants should also be proficient with Planning Center and Pro-Presenter, and be able to oversee a media department consisting of sound, lighting, media, and live-stream technicians. We are looking for someone who is team-minded, outreach-oriented, and willing to serve on a multi-staff pastoral team.
