Legacy Church is a Multi/ Ethnic, Multi Generational Church seeking a Worship Pastor. This position can be part time or full time depending on experience and availability.
The Worship Pastor is responsible for leading and cultivating a dynamic, Spirit-filled worship culture at Legacy Church. This individual will lead worship during services, develop teams, and create an atmosphere where people can encounter Jesus, engage in authentic worship, and grow spiritually.

Primary Responsibilities
1. Worship Leadership
• Lead worship during Sunday services and special gatherings
• Create engaging, Christ-centered worship sets aligned with sermon themes and church vision
• Cultivate an atmosphere of passionate, Spirit-led worship
2. Team Development
• Recruit, train, and disciple worship team members (vocalists and musicians)
• Build a healthy, unified worship culture
• Schedule and communicate effectively with team members
3. Service Planning
• Collaborate weekly with the Senior Pastor on service flow and direction
• Plan worship sets, transitions, and moments that align with the message
• Participate in creative planning for special services (Easter, Christmas, etc.)
4. Rehearsals & Preparation
• Lead weekly rehearsals that are efficient, encouraging, and spiritually focused
• Ensure team members are prepared musically and spiritually
• Provide resources (charts, recordings, etc.) ahead of time
5. Spiritual Leadership
• Model a life of integrity, worship, and devotion to Christ
• Pastor and care for worship
