Youth Pastor, Wilson, NC

Farmington Heights Church of God is searching for a full-time Youth Pastor to lead the student ministry of a vibrant church in eastern North Carolina. The ideal candidate will be a gifted communicator to students and possess the leadership capacity to oversee a multi-faceted department. In addition, the ideal candidate will have prior experience in leading and developing teams of people. Applicants should be self-motivated and industrious individuals who have foresight in overseeing a youth praise band, small groups, and community involvement while utilizing the strengths of a volunteer leader base. We are looking for someone who is team-minded, outreach-oriented, and willing to serve on a multi-staff pastoral team.
