Qualified applicants should possess:
• A strong Christian testimony and a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
• Musical ability and experience leading congregational worship
• Experience leading and developing a praise and worship team
• A heart for ministry, discipleship, and creating an atmosphere where people can encounter God
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• A commitment to supporting the vision and mission of Sanford Church of God
Compensation is part-time and will be discussed during the interview process.
