The Dwelling Place Church in Fairhope, Alabama, is seeking a Family Care Pastor to lead and develop our ministry to children, teenagers, and their families.
About the Position
The primary responsibility of the Family Care Pastor will be to provide spiritual leadership, vision, and oversight for the church’s Children’s and Youth Ministries. This individual will work alongside the Lead Pastor and church leadership to develop effective ministries that disciple the next generation, equip families, and help children and teenagers grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ.
The Dwelling Place Church has a strong desire to reach and disciple the next generation in our community. We are looking for a ministry leader who shares that passion and can help us pursue that vision by building healthy, engaging, and Christ-centered ministries for children, teenagers, and their families.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for children and teenagers, a passion for discipleship, strong leadership abilities, and a desire to serve alongside parents and families.
