Ocoee Church of God is seeking to hire a full time preschool director for Lil’ Lights Preschool, the preschool department of the church’s private school. The preschool director will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the preschool. Tasks include, but are not limited to, helping ensure the preschool operates effectively according to its own policies and procedures and in compliance with local, state, and federal requirements for childcare centers; communicating effectively with students, parents, and other staff members; and assisting in other capacities as necessary. In addition to being a Christian involved in a local Bible-believing church, a candidate for the position must have excellent communication and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, be able to work well with a team, be creative, and have a ministry mindset. At least two years of experience in childcare and a valid director’s credential from the Department of Children and Families is required. Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred.
