Alton Church of God is seeking our next full-time Youth/Student Pastor!
We are a community-minded church with a history of investing in and building strong youth ministry. We are looking for someone who is passionate about reaching students, developing leaders, building relationships, and helping young people grow in their relationship with Jesus.
We are located in a small-town, rural setting, but we believe God has given us a big vision for ministry. If the opportunity to do big ministry in a small-town setting excites you, we would love to hear from you!

Teachable and willing to grow
Relational and passionate about people
A strong communicator
Organized and dependable
Motivated and self-driven
Passionate about reaching and discipling students
Able to recruit, equip, and lead volunteers
