Family Life Church of God in Archer, Florida is seeking a passionate, Spirit-filled leader to join our ministry team in a unique dual-role opportunity serving both our church and school community beginning in August 2026.
Student Pastor (6th–8th Grade Ministry) / Christian School Teacher

Alongside the church, Family Life Academy serves Kindergarten through 12th grade students and provides a Christ-centered educational environment. This position offers a unique opportunity to invest in students both spiritually and academically.
Ministry Responsibilities
• Lead and develop a dynamic ministry for middle school students (6th–8th grade)
• Build relationships with students and families
• Plan services, small groups, events, camps, and outreach opportunities
• Support overall church ministry culture and team initiatives
• Encourage spiritual growth and discipleship among students
Academic Responsibilities
This full-time role includes teaching responsibilities within our Christian academy based on gifting, certification, and educational background.
Qualifications
• Clear call to ministry and passion for serving students
• Strong relational and leadership skills
• Commitment to biblical doctrine and ministry excellence
• Licensed Exhorter or Minister with Church of God preferred (or willingness to pursue credentialing)
• Bachelor’s degree required (or actively pursuing degree)
• Ministry and/or teaching experience preferred
