Worship and Creative Arts Pastor – Full-Time
Pathway Church in Mobile is a vibrant, Spirit-filled multi site church passionate about worship, community, and reaching people with the Gospel.
Role:
Lead dynamic, Christ-centered worship services and build a strong, growing worship and production team.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead worship weekly and for special services
– Develop and disciple musicians, vocalists, and tech teams
– Plan services in collaboration with pastoral staff
– Oversee worship and coordinate the overall worship programs of all campuses.
Qualifications:
– Strong vocal and musical ability
– Experience leading worship in a church setting
– Alignment with Pathway Church’s beliefs and values
– Leadership and team-building skills
