What if your musical gifts could help a church encounter God, grow together, and live out its mission? Tanglewood Church in Kinston, North Carolina, is seeking a full-time Worship Pastor to lead and oversee our worship and creative arts ministries.
We’re looking for a spiritually mature, ministry-minded leader who can:
● Lead worship and cultivate meaningful worship environments
● Recruit, train, shepherd, and develop worship teams, musicians, and volunteers
● Oversee the church’s music ministry, worship teams, band, and technical ministries, including audio, video, and production
● Lead a blended worship ministry that incorporates contemporary worship, hymns, choir, and other musical styles
● Bring strong musical, relational, organizational, and leadership skills
Above all, we’re seeking someone who understands worship leadership as a pastoral ministry—not simply a music position. The right candidate will be eager to become an active part of Tanglewood Church’s life, vision, and ministry while helping our congregation worship God with depth, joy, and authenticity.
