Harvest Church of God is a growing, multigenerational church in Reisterstown, Maryland, seeking a passionate Youth Ministry Leader to lead and disciple students in grades 6–12.
We believe the next generation is not the church of tomorrow—they are the church of today. Our desire is to build a thriving youth ministry where students encounter Christ, grow in His Word, develop authentic relationships, and discover God’s purpose for their lives.

About the Role
As our Youth Ministry Leader, you will provide leadership for Harvest’s youth ministry by creating a safe, welcoming environment where students can grow spiritually through Bible study, worship, fellowship, outreach, and discipleship.
You will work alongside our Lead Pastor and Spanish Ministries Pastor as part of a unified ministry team committed to reaching our community and developing lifelong followers of Jesus Christ.
We’re Looking for Someone Who
Has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and is called into ministry
Has a passion for discipling students in grades 6–12
Can lead engaging Bible studies, worship nights, fellowship events, and outreach opportunities
Is creative, organized, and able to think outside the box
Works well as part of a pastoral leadership team
Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Is dependable, teachable, and spiritually mature
Has a heart for building authentic relationships with students and families
Is committed to fostering a safe, Christ-centered environment
Can successfully complete a background check
What You’ll Do
Lead and oversee Harvest’s Youth Ministry
Build relationships with students and their families
Plan and lead Bible studies, worship nights, and fellowship opportunities
Create an atmosphere where students are discipled and encouraged to grow in Christ
Partner with church leadership to develop and expand the ministry
Recruit and encourage volunteers as the ministry grows
Help students discover and use their gifts to serve Christ
