Praise Temple Church of God is seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Pastor to lead and disciple the next generation of believers. This is a part-time, paid position, with opportunities for full-time employment available through our affiliated Christian academy.
Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the youth ministry, fostering spiritual growth and discipleship.
Plan and oversee weekly youth services, Bible studies, and special events.
Engage with youth and their families to build strong, Christ-centered relationships.
Coordinate outreach opportunities and community involvement.
Work collaboratively with church leadership to align ministry vision with the church’s mission.
Qualifications:
A strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a calling to youth ministry.
Agreement with the doctrine and values of Praise Temple Church of God.
Regular attendance and active participation at Praise Temple Church of God.
Passing all required background screenings.
Previous ministry experience (preferred but not required).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to relate to and mentor youth in a meaningful way.
